This Week's Foreclosures/Short Sales - 5/4/09

As the Spring Season picks up, we've been seeing more and more homes coming on the market, and with it, Foreclosures and Short Sales as well. Single Family Homes that came on the market were pretty consistent with the number of Foreclosures & Short Sales, with 25 of 266 homes falling into that category. On the other hand, the number of Townhomes and Multi-Family homes in the category jumped!
