This week's Foreclosures and Short Sales made up for the week before. In Single Family homes, 12.25% of the 253 new listings fell into this category. In Condos, 8.79% of the 98 and for Multi-Family, 31.25% of the 16. As I said last week, one week a market does not make, but we'll be looking deeper into the 1st Quarter of 2009 this coming week.
